I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean but had issues with dirty water from the previous suites. The service was adequate, with basic in-room services, and the location was convenient to shopping centers. However, the customer service overall was quite horrible, and the AC in my room was broken, making it uncomfortable.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were updated and clean, offering comfortable double beds. The service, from the security guards to the manager, was efficient, and the basic in-room services added value for money. However, I encountered some issues with the broken AC and experienced lackluster customer service. The location, across the mall in Tijuana, was convenient but the loud music from the nearby shopping center was a downside. The dining experience with grilled Teppanyaki fish was satisfactory. The facilities were decent, meeting my basic needs.
The hotel is conveniently located in a vibrant shopping center with easy access to local bars and amenities. The rooms are updated, clean, and feature comfortable double beds. While the customer service was basic, the in-room services were satisfactory for the value offered.
